I have a PhD in chemistry, and am involved in postdoctoral research at Imperial College, London. Last year I was doing (theoretically) similar work at The University of Alabama. I have a wide range of unusual hobbies; from the SCA to tabletop wargaming, and...hey, where did everybody go...?
As you probably guess from this especially given some of my listed interests, I'm a bit of a geek, but also like to get out and have fun with friends. Sports are fine, but generally on the TV - and since I don't currently have one, then they don't get seen.
I like the outdoors and outdoor activities, but only casually.
